In Australia, Henry Schein is the leading supplier of dental solutions. We are looking for an experienced Equipment Workshop Technician based at our Eastern Creek Workshop.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assessing and repairing dental equipment
- Ensuring all repairs are returned to customers in a presentable condition
- Completion of documentation for individual repairs, including written quotes
- Ensuring sufficient spare parts are stocked
- Providing advice and support to customers on equipment use and directions for care/cleaning
- Ensuring loaner units are accounted for at all times
- Analysing repair and service processes and statistics to implement plans for improvement
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience repairing dental equipment (preferred)
- An ability to diagnose problems and repair technical equipment
- High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
