Under guidance from the National Sales Manager and Commercial Director, your focus will be on making a difference to our customers, our Sales team and our Business. This is a unique role with wide breadth including exposure to broad commercial initiatives, whilst helping us forge the future of Henry Schein.

To put it simply, the key requirement of this role is to lead and deliver exceptional solution focused insights and support to our business

To thrive in this role, your experience will include:

  • Partnering with State/Regional and Territory Managers and clients to offer tangible solution focused outcomes
  • Utilise solutions across all aspects of our business so that we can provide a full suite of solutions and offerings
  • Mentor, coach and train both managers and the field team on the key aspects of our service offering
  • Develop field based implementation and execution plans/tools
  • Support the development of our Sales Organisation
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Additionally, you can demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications - Business, Economics or equivalent
  • Approximately five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Coaching, supporting, leading and influencing both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated success in strategy development, execution and delivering result
  • High emotional intelligence - Strong Stakeholder engagement, leadership and  influencing skills
  • Emotional resilience
  • Highly organised
